Allenby Training Services are based in Lincoln and provide training for the construction industry.

The admin team needed a database to store company and candidate details as well as qualifications and registration numbers. They wanted to quickly find which certificates were expiring so that they could contact those candidates and book them on to future courses.

The admin team also spent a lot of time looking for and resending certificates that had been lost by the candidates so they needed to be able to attach documents and files to individual candidates and email them directly from the system.

The admin team at Allenby Training Services has grown rapidly so they needed a way to share information about candidates with each other. Therefore notes can be added to the candidates or the companies they work for. This makes sure that everyone within the business knows exactly what is going on at all times and that the business owner can take time off without her phone ringing all the time.
